Outside the Lines was created to reintroduce libraries to their communities, to show that libraries are still a vital aspect of towns and cities across North America, and to prove that libraries are ready to transform themselves to meet the needs of their patrons.  Libraries from Alberta to California to Delta County will be participating in the week of Outside the Lines from September 14-20, 2014.
